Nice balcony off the rooms overlooking either the Main Street or the water to the rear. Great location, easy parking behind the hotel. Great location to stay. Close to all restaurants etc

The view and location were right in the middle of Airlie beach, just a downhill walk to the main street. The view was great. There were 2 balconies as well. Definitely worth the price for everything though.

We liked dinner at sunset at Sorrentos on the lower deck as the food and service were first rate, and dogs are allowed on the lower deck. Our visits to Hideaway Bay and Dingo Beach were highlights of the trip, especially having a drink in the garden area at Cape Gloucester Resort, another dog friendly place.

It’s pretty much a backpackers place.
It’s pretty much a backpackers place. Lots of bars and beer gardens, cafes and cruise trip sales offices
I could have done with somewhere, cafe/ restaurant / bar which wasn’t playing music in background Nowhere for a quiet drink or meal
But hey, I’m 70, it probably wasn’t catering for me

We love Airlie Beach and have been there numerous times. We hadn't been for a few years and noticed quite a few changes. We had lunch at Northerlies, Amazing. We also had meals at Beaches and the Yacht club. We also did the sunset Cruise, great for families.

Not much to do in Airlie beach town other than visiting bars and restaurants. Would reccomend to visit the Whitsunday islands such as Daydream island or Hamilton island which is more fun and relaxing.

Airlie Beach was a very chilled destination, great bars and restaurants our favourites were Paradiso, Wisdom Cafe and the Anchor Bar (an amazing salad). We extended our stay for two nights moving down the hill so that we could visit Whitehaven Beach….well worth it!!! We also did the Parkrun. A very welcoming bunch of people and a lovely course. Live music in most venues every night, but most importantly for travelers Wi-Fi….Paradisio and Magnums have free WiFi.
