Best resources for mums raising tweens and teens

Best resources for mums raising tweens and teens

When your kids hit the tween and teen age, life seems to have a whole new set of rules and can be a little bewildering – for them and for us! Our beautiful kids are in a time of great change and are testing boundaries, developing a strong sense of self and feeling all these unusual and often scary emotions.

There are some fabulous resources around to give us the skills to support our children as they grow into adulthood. Here are my favourites.

Mummaste: Emma Lagerlow – helping mums of tweens and teens thrive

Emma founded Mummaste to inspire and support mums of tweens and teens to reach for their goals and find greater purpose, connection, and wellbeing for themselves.

Emma has created several FREE resources which are available on the Mummaste website to help mums prioritise self-care, grow their self-love and practise gratitude so they calmly and lovingly navigate raising tweens and teens. Emma knows that it can be a lonely and challenging time for parents and has herself experienced the highs and lows as her kids have faced health challenges and tested boundaries on their quest for independence.

Through Mummaste and her life coaching business, Emma has many tools to help mums build resilience and self-acceptance so they can fully love their families and thrive in their own life with purpose and fulfilment.

Emma has studied life-coaching, self-development, and parenting. .

Emma is a life coach who helps mums who are raising tweens and teens to reclaim their sense of self.

You can find Emma on the Mummaste website on Instagram and on Facebook or you can email to hello@mummaste.com.
