MONDAY 5 APRIL – ALL INTERNET COMMUNICATION TO MYANMAR HAS BEEN CUT

The military has now cut all communication into and out of Myanmar as it continues to murder, torture, rape and beat peaceful protesters.

Previous updates.

The internet was down from 1am to 9am while the military raided homes, attacked peaceful protesters and abducted young women. At least eight more people have died overnight.

The body of Mr Myat Linn, an offical of Aung San Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy party has been returned to his family, badly beaten and with a huge incision down his torso which has been sewn up. @Instamyanmar has the last information and excellent coverage of the protests and military response.
